My Secret Shopper service is very straightforward, yet conducted in an extremely discreet manner. I visit an establishment (typically a retail store, bank, restaurant, hotel, or gas station) with the direct purpose of observing and measuring customer service, staff behavior, product quality, cleanliness, and so on. From there, an objective review of the general quality of service provided can be extracted.

The price for each assessment varies from $70 all the way to $120.
